Orange patio with a white door, potted plants, blue chairs, a small table, and a bench with colorful pillows.

It’s been a long, arduous journey, but I finally found a great apartment with an outdoor space. A balcony has been on my wish list ever since I started dreaming about living in a New York City apartment, but anyone that’s ever apartment-hunted here knows that it’s hard enough to find a reasonably priced unit in general, let alone one with a balcony. To my complete and total shock, I struck gold last year and now have a little patio of my own.

After going unused all winter, it’s time to dust off my outdoor furniture and bask in the spring sunshine. Last summer, I started my search for a patio set, and I was shocked at how pricey everything was. I ended up scoring a surprisingly good deal at Walmart, but I know it’s hard to come by something that hits the mark on style, size, comfort, durability, and price. That’s why I knew I had to get this Amazon deal on your radar: The Devoko three-piece set has over 10,500 five-star ratings, and it’s under $100.

What Is the Devoko Patio Furniture Set?

Considering that the weather is on the upswing (hopefully I don’t jinx it), it’s no surprise that thousands of shoppers have taken advantage of this deal in the past month alone. The only other patio furniture set that’s sold more in that time frame is the Flamaker bundle — which is going for an impressive $85 right now — but I lean toward Devoko’s even more with its all-over woven look and closed arms.

It’s made of brown polyethylene rattan, which is a synthetic material that mimics the look of natural rattan but holds up longer against the rain, snow, and sunshine (and is also priced more affordably). Its woven texture doesn’t just add some visual appeal — it also contributes to the structural integrity. The glass on the included side table gives it some strength, too. The feet and weight keep all of the pieces firmly in place, even if there are strong gusts of wind, according to reviews.

Sturdy as they are, the chairs also come with sponge-filled cushions, which allow for long-term lounging. And you don’t have to fret over the white color because their removable covers make maintenance a breeze.

From what I can tell, opinions are a bit mixed on the ease of assembly, but plenty of shoppers say the bit of extra effort is worth it for the price. Not to mention, the 21.5-inch wide chairs are comfortable yet compact, so you can squeeze the whole setup onto a cramped porch or balcony without any hassle.

What Amazon Shoppers Are Saying

Average Rating: 4.4/5

“I am going into my third year of having these outside in the sun, rain, wind, and snow of Pennsylvania, and they are holding up really well. Nothing has gotten wobbly or uncomfortable, and the PE rattan is holding up better than other, more expensive brands I have purchased. One particular aspect I have found to be continually helpful is the feet. I have this set on a wooden deck that has seen better days, but the engineering of the feet keeps the chairs completely level with no rocking or give. In terms of size, I’m over 6 feet and 200 pounds, and I find them comfortable. Maybe a little snug, but comfortable.” —B

“These chairs are sturdy. I was a little nervous if it would hold people so I did a stand test (stand in the chair), and it held up. The height is perfect. I purchased some covers so they don’t get damaged. They don’t wobble. I love these.” — Miss James

“I love how comfortable these chairs are on my front porch. They are comfortable with or without the cushions. Makes my front porch more inviting. They are heavy enough that in windy conditions they stay where they’re placed.” — Barb M.

Like the look but have more space to fill? I found a similar, almost-as-popular option that comes with chairs and a loveseat and coffee table. But if you’re looking to revamp your small patio, tons of Amazon shoppers appear to be in agreement that the Devoko set gives you a ton of bang for your buck. In a sea of too-expensive outdoor furniture, this Amazon set is a major steal.
