The boys' room/#garageroom

My parents migrated from Jamaica last year and moved in with us. They got the boys’ room and we converted our garage into a bedroom for the boys. The #garageroom is still a work in progress (as is our whole house really), but we make it work for our family.

What is your favorite room and why? My favorite room is our master bedroom. It has all my stuff in there and a door that locks (lol).

The paint color is “Coastal Dusk” by Valspar.

Any advice for creating a home you love? Always, always design and execute what works for YOU and your family. There’re a thousand different schools of thought on what should go where, doesn’t mean that’s where it should go for you. Because you know what? There’s a bedroom in our garage now… and that’s what works for us.
