This 30-Second Hack Turns Ordinary Candles Into Marble Candles

Apparently, you don’t need a huge budget to add marble pieces to your apartment. All you need is some plain candles and under a minute.

A new TikTok hack is going viral for demonstrating how to turn an ordinary candle into a stylish marble one. The video, posted by user “thishouse5000,” shows a candle being run through the flames of another candle, creating burn patterns left by the smoke that look like marble veins. It’s an easy and cheap process that results in a rather convincing substitute.

If you plan on doing this, make sure to roll the candle as random and unevenly as possible, giving parts of it deep black marks while giving other parts softer grey tones to accurately capture that marble effect.
