Elton John’s Piano Room Has a Sophisticated Twist on Beige Walls

Elton John can do just about anything — from making such an impact in the music industry that he was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II, to being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. And now, as seen in a recent Instagram post, that includes mastering a neutral palette at home with a subtle twist.

In a new video of him playing “Cold Heart” on the piano, followers get a glimpse into the sophisticated corner of the world where he plays his own offstage piano. In the post, John seeks fan covers of the song and in return, he will give out two free tickets to his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour. While that would be amazing, what I really want is more info on his beige wall adjacent to the piano.
