Despite having just renovated the place, Emily Blunt and John Krasinski are selling off their Park Slope townhouse that they bought in 2016—for a cool $8 million.

The Wall Street Journal reported today that the couple is selling the Park Slope pad because they’re constantly traveling for work.

“We’ve been nomads for a while now, but that’s the nature of the business,” Krasinski told WSJ. “The house is so special—someone who can spend every night there should have it.” The couple have two young children—Hazel and Violet, ages 3 and 1—who can still be on set with them.

Blunt and Krasinski bought the semi detached townhouse in October of last year (after selling off their three homes in Southern California) and the old listing photos show just how much work they did on the place (and about how many gallons of white paint they bought).

The 5,200 square foot home has seven bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms across its four floors. It was originally built in 1909 (something self proclaimed “history nerd” Krasinksi was “really excited about,” he told WSJ), and the pair have kept those details with their “historical and pedigreed” renovation; the place is replete with pocket doors, millwork, leaded and stained glass windows, built-ins, and fireplaces.

The master suite takes up the second floor, with stained glass skylights in the master bath and a terrace accessed through the den. The top floor has four bedrooms and a bathroom, while the garden level has a separate guest suite as well as a family room.

“The Office” and “The Devil Wears Prada” stars are currently starring together in a film directed by Krasinski called “A Quiet Place,” a thriller that’s filming in upstate New York, according to WSJ.
