Name: Eric
Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

My place is a converted Bath House – Built at the end of the 19th century, It was part of the Philadelphia Baths Association until it’s closing in 1947. It was then a Glass manufacturing building until it was used for “local transient activities.” We are its first-ever tenants.

As the Northern Liberties and Fishtown sections of Philadelphia became painfully crammed – the sprawl has now reached into areas less traveled, which is precisely why I chose to move here.

I am an advertising photographer, as well as a real estate developer with an affinity for modern minimalism .. I think a lot of this space was subconsciously a job for me. Because I rushed into it, and did all that I could think of – I now feel completely at rest when I come home. My favorite place is my bedroom – with a closed door and a fire, the world around me shuts off..

Thanks, Eric!
