Fifth Time the Charm: A Look Inside a Home That Took Multiple Offers to Finally Own

We’d admire Victoria for her persistence alone, they made offers on their home four times before it became theirs, but the color and fun she’s added to the space is truly exciting. Patterns, textures, bright colors and plants make the space super fun, with just the right amounts of whimsy.

Tell us a little (or a lot) about your home and the people who live there: Our family purchased this home just over a year ago after offering on it and being denied four times! We just knew it was the perfect house for us. We gutted the entire home and are slowly rebuilding it room by room to be a place of fun and revelry for our entire family to enjoy.

What is your favorite room and why? The kitchen! It is the heartbeat of the house.

If you could magically change something about your home, what would it be? We would love to add another story above us one day – having it done magically would be the best!

What’s the last thing you bought (or found!) for your home? A hanging planter for the deck, we just recently painted it and it makes a world of difference! Now I’m adding all the plants!
