It may not be a fixer-upper any longer, but this beautiful Waco property is certainly on the market. Patti Baker, a mother of two who had her gut reno and subsequent move-in to her rehabbed home documented in March of last year, was just featured on the January 9th episode of the hit HGTV series.

But it turns out that Baker, who lost her husband back in 2013, has a pretty exciting reason for saying goodbye to her wonderful Waco home now: She got remarried! Though she she loved her revamped home (“It took my breath away to walk in the house,” she says) Baker told PEOPLE that after filming her episode, she reconnected with her family’s former pastor… and he popped the question on the first date. The duo tied the knot this past August.

While Patti Baker had quite the happy ending, her Fixer-Upper is now ready for another lucky buyer. Priced at $349,000, the two-bed, one-and-a-half bath bungalow, which is located on a quarter-acre lot, is an adorable property in the heart of Waco.

Built in 1950, the property features a beautiful front porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee. A spacious kitchen has custom concrete countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as a great dining area for the whole family. With energy-efficient windows and original hardwood floors throughout, the formal living room is great for entertaining guests, while a separate sunny space could be used as a home office nook or hobby area.

A bright master bedroom features a stunning bath with marble finishes, and looks out to the rolling, grassy yard. In the front, two tall, mature trees anchor the property, while in the back, the spacious yard sits next to a spotless garage.

By the way: the home is for sale courtesy of Magnolia Realty, just another wing of Chip and Joanna Gaines’s empire.
