We’ve already spent the better half of 2018 without any new episodes of “Fixer Upper.” The final episode aired all the way back in April and that is a long time to go without a fix of Chip and Joanna Gaines. Thankfully, they’ve been busy with their other projects, like their Hearth & Hand line at Target, and Joanna’s books.

If you’re one of the many fans who vacation in Waco, Texas, you can get a little “Fixer Upper” treat. One of the homes that Chip & Jo flipped together is now available for rent on Airbnb. Do you remember in the season four finale when they flipped a house for their executive producer, Michael Matsumoto and his family? The house they bought was $12,500 but was flipped into an incredible 4-bedroom home and is now dubbed Matsumoto Farm.

While speaking with PEOPLE, Michael said:

“Having worked with Chip and Jo for years prior to building our house was such a pleasure. To turn the tables and be in front of the camera was such a surreal and amazing experience. We all had so much fun filming with them. They truly do make dreams come true. Our house is beyond what we could have ever wished for.”

The house can comfortably sleep 12 guests (perfect for a big family vacation), as it has four bedrooms with a total of seven beds. There are two full bathrooms in the house, with a rain shower featured in the master bath. The home sits on a nice piece of land, which means it has a huge front and backyard, perfect for children to play and parents to hang out and relax. There’s an al fresco dining area for calm meals outside during sunrise and sunset. The house even has pack ‘n plays available for families traveling with small children.

When renting this house, you’ll have full access to most of the property, including the shed in the backyard that has a gym with AC. The front shed and shipping container are the only areas off-limits to guests. This house is currently for rent on Airbnb starting at $300 a night.

Located in Crawford, Texas, it is a short 20-minute drive to Waco. Fans of “Fixer Upper” can visit Magnolia Market at the Silos to shop home decor or check out Magnolia Table to enjoy a meal designed by Joanna Gaines. You can also check out Waco destinations that the Gaines family loves, like the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame, the Dr. Pepper Museum, and the Hippodrome Theater.
