There’s another “Fixer Upper” alum up for sale, and this one’s a doozy. The four-bed, four-and-a-half bath home known as the “mid-century Asian ranch” from season 2 has hit the market for $739,900, and we are sincerely coveting this beauty.

You may recall Chip and Joanna’s transformation of the spot, overhauling the property into a French Country paradise right in North Waco. Then-buyers Justin and Isabel had a budget of $450,000 to spend on a home and renovations. The original property was listed at $262,000, leaving them with a budget of $190,000 to renovate. Seeing as it’s currently listed at $739,900, it’s safe to say the sellers will make a nice profit.

Originally, the home had a majorly dated interior. It was dark, with wall-to-wall carpeting in the main living area. Joanna removed an entire wall in that room, adding in new birch wood flooring along with recessed lighting and updated chandeliers. While the kitchen was large, it was also dated, with old wallpaper and countertops. Joanna ripped all that out, brightening up the color palette and adding in a large center island. The master bedroom, while rather sunny, was unsymmetrical, so Joanna ripped out the windows and repositioned them. The ceiling fan was ripped out and replace with a chandelier, and the windows were given linen window treatments for that super French Country style. The closets were given antique doors with sliding barn-door hardware. The long, narrow master bathroom was entirely gutted.

Now, the home as its listed is absolutely stunning. Originally built in 1963, the 4,235-square-foot property is located on a lot that measure just over one-half acre. Outside, lush landscaping illuminates the front and back yards, where mature trees sit the grass. An inviting front porch serves as a friendly welcome to the home. Inside, an open concept with large, sunny windows allows light to stream. A formal dining area and formal living area are ideal for entertaining guests, while a spacious family room has a gas-burning fireplace that perfect for quiet nights at home. A gourmet kitchen features granite counters, a barn sink, double ovens, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bath, but it’s safe to say the master suite is the crown jewel of this property, thanks to its separate closers, dual vanities, walk-in shower, and freestanding bathtub. There’s also a game room, mud room, spacious utility room, and a computer nook area.
