Whether you’re moving house or choosing new furniture for your new home, the price, quality, and space available all come into account. A great solution is modular furniture, giving more flexibility and options across loads of different pieces. This especially rings true when it comes to Flexirio, the most versatile modular furniture kit in the world.

Now available on crowdfunding site Indiegogo, Flexirio can be used to build over 100 different furniture solutions, from shelves and sideboards to dressers and dining tables. There’s even the ability to build a bed frame. Users can also create a trolley to transport parts to a new location for a new design, making it ideal for when you’re moving out.

Founded in Austria by carpenters Harald Bauer and Harald Oswald, Flexirio aims to reduce waste, save money, and become a sustainable and stylish solution for any type of home. According to, nine million tons of furniture ends up in landfills each year.

Priding itself in being 50 percent lighter and more affordable than similar products, Flexirio also offers a smartphone app that will demo the different types of furniture and give instructions on how to build them. Easy to use, it’s been designed to fit any given space by adapting and growing as needed.

“With Flexirio we make furniture freedom possible,” reads the brand’s Indiegogo story. “You will never have to worry about getting new furniture and having a stressful life with moving, because Flexirio moves with you! This and a lot more furniture is now possible with Flexirio!”
