Harry Styles fans, we found the ultimate souvenir. The former One Direction singer turned solo artist is selling his contemporary home in the Hollywood Hills, and it’s on the market for $8.495 million.

The 4,100 square foot, multi level home above Sunset Strip has three bedrooms, five bathrooms, and an abundance of balconies and patio space for that true Southern California style of indoor/outdoor living—with views of downtown and the Pacific Ocean, of course. There’s also a media room, pool and an outdoor shower.

Styles bought the property in January 2016 for $6.87 million, but the singer’s already moving on, 18 months later. Styles reportedly spends most of his time split between New York and London, hence his selling of the West Coast pad. The property’s listing agent, Justin P. Huchel, told the Wall Street Journal that the higher list price is due to renovations that Styles made to the house and LA’s robust real estate market.

It’s reported the former boy band member (and recent Carpool Karaoke passenger) bought a place in the star studded 443 Greenwich Street building in New York’s Tribeca, where his neighbors will include Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, Jennifer Lawrence, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, and British Formula One race car driver Lewis Hamilton. According to The Real Deal, he closed on the 2,868 square foot three bedroom last year.

Some of the amenities of Style’s new pad include a subterranean garage with valet parking, a lap pool (and “private alcoves for afterswim relaxation”), a wine cellar (though there’s wine storage built into each unit, “individual locked wine cages may be purchased”), fitness center (“two private studios are available for yoga or private training sessions”) with adjacent children’s playroom (“work out while your children stay happily occupied”), and locker rooms with Hammam steam rooms.

The property is listed with Hilton & Hyland for $8.495 million.
