Regular hot tubs are nice, but this one has Twitter laughing. It has been dubbed everything from a giant molcajete to a human soup bowl but in reality it’s a hard-sided spa that weighs 300 pounds.

Spotted in a tweet from The Goods deputy editor Alanna Okun and previously covered on The Verge, Dutchtub makes this wood-burning, portable people steamer, and there’s a replica you can buy on Amazon. Or you can just enjoy some laughs and memes.

If this looks like your idea of a fun time, be prepared for a bit of a manual setup process: you fill the tub with a hose, and then wait for the burning wood in the attached spring mechanism to heat the water, which can two hours or longer (you can top it with the clear lid while this is happening to keep the temperature up). After reaching suitable spa conditions, the Dutchtub comfortably seats four adults.

Now on to the portability: the Dutchtub is made from stainless steel, and without its lid and the spring attachment, it weighs approximately 170 pounds instead of 300.  For those who want an easier go of lifting the tub and moving it to different locations, there is the option to purchase a wheeled hand trailer.

The Amazon version has six color options that vary in price from $3,600 to $4,500. There’s a wood-wrapped Dutchtub and a Dutchtub Loveseat for those who prefer cozier (and steamier) accommodations. Since spa season is still officially a few months away, interested parties can use the sweltering summer days to decide if they want to go a more traditional hot tub route or take the more unique (and funny) option.
