Fer, the incredible furniture designer and owner of Lebrel Furniture, is a gifted craftsman and a master of DIY. Through his company he designs (and makes by hand) beautiful, minimal furniture, mixing different types of wood and iron in original creations. There’s really not much he can’t make. Case in point: Fer completely renovated his home in Valencia, Spain, as well as made every piece of furniture in it.

Fer was on the hunt for the perfect living space when he saw this old house in a cozy village; he immediately knew it was the right one. He completely transformed the space by opening up the structure, letting in a lot of light. A small loft adds space and dimension to the home.

And of course, there’s all the warm wood. This rustic and natural material is a prominent feature in every room, and along with Fer’s design and furniture, creates a cozy place to live. His workshop and studio are also in this house. And there’s even a little plant-filled yard perfect for dogs Deli and Wanda to enjoy.
