This Is How They Do Those Swan Towels At Fancy Hotels (It’s Actually Really Simple)

While you might prefer your apartment to look like five-star hotel suites, not everyone can afford nightly turn-down service and regular housekeeping. But thanks to TikTok, you can at least add something to the bedroom that would make it a bit more luxe: swans.

TikTok content creator The Folding Lady has recently demonstrated how to make those swan towels common in fancy accommodations, and it’s actually easy to do. 

In the clip below, The Folding Lady starts by laying a towel flat on a table, then rolls the two top corners toward the center, creating a V-shape. She then brings the two rolled sides together and folds the center portion in a Z-shape to form the swan’s neck. Repeating the same process for the other swan and — voila — heart-shaped towel art just like in a honeymoon suite.

It’s unbelievable how simple it is to make a swan-shaped towel; one would think it requires some serious origami skills, but as the video has shown, even beginners can do it in minutes.
