Tell us a little (or a lot) about your home and the people who live there: We are a couple who has been deeply in love since college. In a relationship for 11 years, married for four, our life is amazing. I have always dreamed of painting all the things when we rented. As soon as we got the house, I started to FINALLY paint!

People always ask how I convinced my husband to have so many colors in the house. The truth is… he loves them too (at least that’s what he says to me haha!) I am a color lover. I want them all over my house.

Describe your home’s style in 5 words or less: Colorful, effortless, affordable, and colorful again.

What is your favorite room and why? My bedroom! There is so much color, but it is still peaceful. It is everything I’ve dreamed of!

What’s the last thing you bought (or found!) for your home? An IKEA SIMESTED rug in the As-Is section. It was $35. OMG!

Any advice for creating a home you love? Take your time… and don’t listen to decor advice from people who don’t live in the house.
