In a video titled “Daily Reminders,” Jada Pinkett Smith gave her followers some words to live by in the New Year. “Don’t waste time on nonsense … be kind to yourself and … SHINE!!!” she wrote in the caption of her January 5 video. “YOU are your greatest treasure and that’s … a promise.”

Etsy seller Pemline sells a more simple style swing that is crafted to withstand the outdoors, but can also be installed inside, too. You get to pick the wood finish and rope length before buying and use whatever method you wish to install it.

When installing an indoor swing, you need to make sure you’re drilling heavy duty eye hooks into ceiling studs or beams to ensure it’s going to last. Drilling into drywall alone is going to result in an uncomfy fall and a busted ceiling. If you aren’t confident in installing a swing yourself, reach out to a local handyman to help you out.
