If you’ve ever contemplated living that horse whisperer life, perhaps you’d like a farm with an A list pedigree. Johnny Depp owns a 41 acre farm in Kentucky, and he’s auctioning the property next week.

Located in Lexington, Kentucky just two miles from the world renowned Keeneland Race Course, Depp’s farm is currently set up as a horse operation, with three barns, 15 stalls, and ten automatic watered paddocks, with a one bed, one bath guest house slash manager’s quarters, according to auctioneers Halfhill Auction Group.

The main house is a stately brick, and spans 6,000 square feet with six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms. Although the finishes are a bit dated—there’s a questionable beige shag carpet through the majority of the house, including the kitchen—some recent updates have been made to the master bathroom and the kitchen (except they chose not to remove that carpet?). Other features include a family room and adjoining sun room, and for the entertainers, there’s a wet bar in the dining room, a pool and outdoor compound for more party space. The four car garage can also serve as space for farm equipment.

Depp has had an on again, off again relationship with the property, originally purchasing it in 1995 for $950,000, selling it in 2001 for $1 million, and then repurchasing the place in 2005 for $2 million (at the time, his mother was living there), according to People. Sadly, she passed away in May 2016. Depp has been having a sort of real estate fire sale as of late, having also listed a bunch of penthouses in downtown Los Angeles earlier this year.

The auction, which was originally reported by The Wall Street Journal, is happening on September 15. A reserve price has yet to be named, though the property was listed for sale back in December 2016 for $2.9 million, which should be some indicator.
