Have you ever wondered about…well, anything at all? Jonathan Van Ness of “Queer Eye” fame is endlessly hungry for answers and explanations, and that hunger drove them to start a podcast called “Getting Curious with Jonathan Van Ness.” Now that podcast is becoming a Netflix show, and viewers are all about to learn so much.

“I have been working towards this moment for almost ten years and it’s finally here!! My first ever solo network TV project created and Executive Produced by yours truly is here!” Van Ness wrote in a Dec. 15 Instagram post. “Getting Curious with Jonathan Van Ness is the TV adaptation of my podcast of the same name (Which coincidentally turns 6 years old today!)”

Van Ness continued, “In each episode I take on a different question, going out into the world with multiple experts to get the answers we’re all (or at least I am) hungry for!”

The support following the announcement has been pouring in, including from their “Queer Eye” co-star Karamo Brown who commented “So happy for you! It’s a hit y’all get ready to laugh and learn!”

Some topics JVN and their guests (including some celebs) have already covered on the “Getting Curious” podcast include the Panama Canal, the history of scissors, tear gas, Mesoamerican societal fashion, dogs, and life in ancient Rome.

The official logline for the show in Netflix’s announcement about the series, according to Entertainment Weekly, reads: “From skyscrapers to bugs, or from gender identity to snacks, each episode follows Jonathan as he meets with experts in various fields to uncover complexities in a wide range of subjects.”

“Getting Curious with Jonathan Van Ness” will premiere on Netflix on Jan. 28, but you can catch up with the podcast version in the meantime over on Apple Podcasts.
