Even lovebirds Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin love to escape to a cozy lakefront cottage. Stars, they’re just like us! But we’re guessing your summer spot doesn’t exactly look like The Bieb’s—a sprawling Toluca Lake estate that he and Baldwin rented for a whopping $80,000 a month.

Well, Homes.com reports the stunning waterfront property has officially hit the market, and can be yours for the low, low price of $8.5 million. Because who doesn’t love a quaint lakefront cottage?

Built in 2000, the five-bed, seven-bath lakefront property is a sprawling estate measuring 6,500 square feet. Tucked behind a wall of hedges (Bieber and Baldwin needed their privacy, after all) the Spanish contemporary-style home is truly spectacular, embracing an open floor plan.
