Here’s something soothing to rest your eyes upon: Kevin Jonas of the Jonas Brothers and his wife Danielle recently had a playroom decorated for their two young daughters, and it’s a lovely space with both kid-friendly and grown-up touches.

The Jonas family worked with nursery and kids’ space designer Vanessa Antonelli, who explained her design process in an interview with People magazine.

“Danielle loves blue, so the previous playrooms I designed for the Jonas family were navy. This time, Danielle wanted to change it up and go for a girly glam space with gray and pink,” Antonelli said. “They use their playrooms as a gathering space for the kids and family, so it functions partially as a kids’ den.”

The pink marble-look wall is made possible with wallpaper, which the designer said is Danielle’s favorite part. “She was a little nervous about painting the built-ins and the trim such a dark color, Antonelli told People, “but once it was complete, she was so happy she did it, and you can see why.”

Other special touches include the custom pink striped area rug by Organic Weave, illustrations of the girls (Alena Rose, 6, and Valentina Angelina, 3) wearing four dresses their mom wore in the Jonas Brothers “Sucker” music video, and American Girl dolls that look like the sisters, with a pink letter board in front that reads, “The Real J Sisters.”

Danielle and Kevin celebrated their ten-year wedding anniversary in December. Alena and Valentina have made many an adorable appearance on their parents’ Instagram accounts. We hope they have lots of fun in their cute playroom!
