Kirsten Dunst is saying goodbye to her waterfront estate. The acclaimed actress, who appears in the upcoming Showtime series “On Becoming a God in Central Florida,”  just listed her five-bed, four-and-a-half bath home in Toluca Lake for $4.777 million, realtor.com reports. And clearly, the property is highly desirable, because with just a few days on the market, the sale is already pending.

Built in 1960, the 4,333-square-foot home is a natural oasis right in Los Angeles. Set on the waterfront with beautiful views of the lake and mountains, guests are welcomed via stone walkway, which leads to the welcoming and bright red front door. A light-filled living room has a cozy fireplace and several French doors, though no word on whether that huge fiddle leaf fig and the charming pink sofa are also for sale.

The chef’s kitchen features a large marble island, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast nook. There’s also a more formal dining room, as well as an office and comfortable family room. On the second level, the master suite provides plenty of space, including a spa-like master bath and  outdoor balcony that overlooks the water, with the beautiful mountains in the distance.

The outdoor area is the perfect spot to relax at home, thanks to a spacious patio, gazebo, and outdoor kitchen. A swimming pool and spa sit next to a lounge area with fire pits, which a private boat dock provides plenty of space for fun on the waterfront.

“Kirsten Dunst’s terrific Toluca Lake home is right on the small lake in North Hollywood, and this cute Cape Cod is exactly what you’d envision a celeb owning,” says Erik Gunther, realtor.com celebrity real estate expert. “The second floor master bedroom is the true star, with a balcony that opens up to lake and mountain views.”

Dunst purchased the home for her family back in 2001 for $2.6 million. Last year, she sold her spacious New York loft in the SoHo neighborhood for $4.4 million.
