If this home were a person, it would be wearing whatever the opposite of a groutfit is. Which is to say that everywhere you look, some bright and whimsical detail bedecks the home. Even the steps leading up to the front door have rises showcasing different ceramic tiles, from rainbow sunbursts to red flowers on a blue background.

Inside, step into the kitchen for a dose of eye candy. High-gloss turquoise cabinetry wraps around the room, cheerily concealing high-quality appliances from Thermador, Fisher & Paykel, and GE’s Monogram series, as well as a neatly tucked-away washer and dryer.

The fun-loving touches continue throughout the home, from a retro red-and-blue wallpaper that covers the walls of one of the bedrooms, to a pattern-clashing bathroom I’ll be thinking about for days. A busy, cartoonish wallpaper portraying a flock of birds of all kinds (including some grumpy-looking owls) clings to the walls, while glossy mint green cabinets complement the white countertop. The floor tiling is somewhat sunshine-shaped, while the shower is mostly tiled in white, with some teal, turquoise, pink, and red rectangles sprinkled throughout. The mix of colors, hardware, and patterns could look chaotic to some, but personally it’s inspiring me to have a little more fun with my bathroom decor.

A second bathroom takes a similar — yet very different-looking — route, with a mustard vanity, three different types of tiling throughout, and a beautiful floral wallpaper. It’s emblematic of just how fun this home is. Why not let your interior decor style reflect your personality just as much as your personal style?

Outside, you’ll find a tiered yard complete with a fire pit, projection screen for movie nights, and what the listing dubs a “shed” (an adorable home I would happily reside in). From the sunny zigzag floor to the sky blue walls, it’s an instant mood-booster. It would be a chirpy refuge for knocking out a creative project, doing some yoga, or even putting up a guest for the night.
