If You Missed Martha Stewart’s Great American Tag Sale, There’s Still a Way to Shop
In April, Martha Stewart hosted her Great American Tag Sale, with proceeds going to Mount Sinai’s Martha Stewart Center for Living. Each year, Stewart and her team pull together some incredible vintage and antique finds from Stewart’s personal collection and invite the public to come peruse the collection and find some one-of-a-kind gems.
But if you missed the sale this year, you’re in luck. The extra items that were left over are now going up for auction via the Benefit Shop Foundation.
“If you missed my Great American Tag Sale, here’s another chance to check out some of the items still available!” Stewart captioned a June 2 Instagram post. “The Benefit Shop Foundation is holding an exclusive Estate and Tag Sale auction on June 15th!”
Some of the items available to bid on include vintage lithograph posters, antique wicker chairs, a collection of Stewart’s blouses, handwoven rugs, and even kitschy things like these lobster claw crackers.
To check out the goodies Stewart has donated to the cause, you can look through the entire collection of items that were moved from her Katonah property to Mt. Kisco for auction. All items up for sale — including furniture, artwork, carpets, kitchenware, antiques, and clothing — are all sourced from Stewart’s homes in East Hampton, Main, Westport, Connecticut, and Katonah, New York. Items are available for local pickup in Mt. Kisco, New York, or you can arrange to ship with the contacts the Benefit Shop Foundation has provided.
Bidding has already started, and you can register to bid over on the LiveAuctioneers website. Live bidding will kick off on June 15, so save your favorite items and get ready to bid like crazy.
