On Feb. 21, Miley Cyrus posted a series of photos to Instagram to welcome her newest pup, Angel, into the pack. Angel is a rescue pit bull that Cyrus adopted after losing her pit mix Mary Jane two nearly months ago.

“I feel [Mary Jane] here with me blessing this new member to my family [whose] name is “Angel” because she was delivered to me by one…My Mary…This breed is incomparably loving. Just like humans nurture often overrides nature,” Cyrus wrote in the caption of her post, noting that “ALL THE TEARS YOU SEE IN THIS SLIDE ARE HAPPY ONES.” She continued, “I am head over heels in love. Not sure I will ever sleep again because I can’t take my eyes off of her!”

And Angel looks more than comfortable hanging out with her new brothers and sisters, all of whom are settled in on a modular couch that is furry friend-approved.

Cyrus’s couch is a style that is becoming increasingly popular in modern design. It’s basically a customizable sofa that can be rearranged to fit any living space and can be switched up easily to change with any room’s layout.

Mario Bellini was one of the first designers to make the modular, puzzle-style couch popular back in the ‘70s with his Camaleonda seating system. His original design can still be purchased from B&B Italia in a variety of different colors—including one similar to Cyrus’s teal shade.

However, more affordable retailers are hopping on the trend, including Wayfair, which is currently selling a faux leather modular sofa called by Brayden Studio, available in three colors.

Manhattan Home Design is selling a dupe of the Bellini Camaleonda, which they’re calling the Mulini Sofa, also under $3,000. The base sofa comes with three modules that can be rearranged and added onto. For even better prices, check out Apartment Therapy’s guide to modular sofas under $1,000.

And one of the most customizable modular sofa options currently out there is the Lovesac, which you can choose how many seats, sides, ottomans, and more you’d like to include in your purchase. You can even build your ideal Lovesac seating arrangement in a 3D customization tool.

If modular-style sofas are good enough for Miley Cyrus and her pets, then they’re certainly good enough for all critters big and small to curl up and veg out on.
