“I have been looking for housing in the Sant Andreu de Palomar neighborhood for some time,” Isabel begins about her family’s home search. “It is a neighborhood in Barcelona with a lot of history and reminiscent of a village within a city.” She says the new building with relatively large homes and a swimming pool — not to mention the location next to her children’s school — means they “did not hesitate to take the plunge.”

The home they share consists of four bedrooms, one-and-a-half bathrooms, an open kitchen dining and living space, and a small outdoor balcony. And Isabel describes her design style as a mix of clean Nordic with a touch of Colonial and a healthy dose of earthy plants. She shows off that great style on her Instagram account, but she also particularly loves making creative videos offering tips on how to adapt spaces so that you can make the most of them, like DIY decor, cleaning ideas, and storage/organization solutions.

“I am passionate about decoration, plants, DIY, tips, everything that has to do with the home and my profession has nothing to do with it,” she writes.
