The Multipurpose Always Pan Now Comes in a Pot Version (and Trust Us: It’s Going to Sell Out)
Since its launch, the Our Place Always Pan has flooded our Instagram feeds, sold out many times, and caused a 30,000-person waitlist. Its multipurpose, space-saving design combines eight tools (a fry pan, sauté pan, steamer, skillet, saucier, saucepan, nonstick pan, spatula, and spoon rest), so you can sear, simmer, braise, boil, steam, sauté, and more — all with one convenient, eye-pleasing piece of cookware.
But what’s the perfect complement to a do-it-all pan? A do-it-all pot! Our Place gets that, which is why, today, they released the brand-new Perfect Pot. “Everyone’s been asking when Our Place was going to make a pot and …. the day has finally come,” a company representative told us.
This new piece of cookware “combines every single pot … and then some,” Our Place says. Designed with the same game-changing ingenuity that made the Always Pan a hit, the Perfect Pot does all sorts of things.
See, the Perfect Pot combines a Dutch oven, sauce pot, stockpot, roasting pan/rack, steamer, bread pot, braiser, and spoon rest. The Pot is incredibly lightweight and has a nontoxic, ceramic coating (so cleanup’s easy!). It features a built-in strainer and pour spot, comes with a nesting roasting rack that also doubles as a steamer, and has a beachwood spoon that nests right on the pot. And unlike the Always Pan, the Perfect Pot is oven-safe (!!!), which makes it perfect for baking bread and stovetop-to-oven recipes.
You can use it to braise or bake. You can cook and strain pasta in it. You can make a roast in it. And because it’s a pot and therefore taller than the Always Pan, you can brown meat in it and then use it to make a soup or a stew.
The fact that it was designed to match your Always Pan (assuming you already have one), doesn’t need to be mentioned, but I’m doing it anyway. Because this pot is gorgeous. The Perfect Pot ($165) is available, starting today, in the color Blue Salt. The company says the Pot will also be available in Spice, Steam, and Char soon.
