If you’ve ever wanted to live like the “king of Staten Island,” now’s your chance. After announcing his plans to move to Brooklyn, New York in an interview earlier this year, “Saturday Night Live” star Pete Davidson has officially listed his Staten Island luxury condo for $1.3 million.

The 29-year-old comedian’s 1,592-square-foot home is located in the borough’s Georgetown neighborhood, in a luxury condominium. It includes two bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a clubhouse, tennis club, business club, fitness center, and health club on the property. Parents can rest easy, because there’s also an indoor playroom and an outdoor playground. Last but not least, Davidson’s pad is conveniently located near the Staten Island ferry, which provides easy access to Manhattan.

Featuring an open floor plan and plenty of neutral tones, the condo’s main bedroom comes with a walk-in closet and a modern, private bathroom with a custom shower. The second bedroom is painted a soothing pale pink, complete with earthy accents.

Other highlights include in-ceiling speakers, an enormous navy blue couch, and a peninsula snack bar.

But the space’s crowning jewel is arguably its seventh-floor terrace, which provides “immeasurable views of the city skyline,” according to the home’s official listing.

The property is listed by Amy Arnone and Marissa Polo of the Jason Mitchell Group.

“Pete’s property is well appointed with a modern interior, luxurious amenities, and spectacular views of the New York City skyline,” Armone told E! News earlier this week. She added that the home’s “Manhattan-style living will stun buyers.”
