There’s no shortage of designer collaborations, and it can be hard to know which ones are worth bringing into your home. But when I heard Pierce & Ward — maybe my favorite design duo of all time — was teaming up with West Elm on a collection of furniture, textiles, and accessories, I literally gasped. Then I saw the campaign photos, and I was overwhelmed. Because I wanted just about everything I saw, and I think you might too.

If you’ve made the trip to Pierce & Ward’s Los Angeles shop (I planned a whole day around a visit last year!) or have seen it on Instagram, then you know a few things. First, co-founders Louisa Pierce and Emily Ward have homed in on a lived-in, layered aesthetic that’s truly their own (think: bold colors, rich textures, pattern play, and one-of-a-kind antiques). Second, they have an impeccable eye for custom details and vintage pieces, but those vintage items are very expensive (and rightfully so, considering the age and rarity of the pieces they find).

Why the Pierce & Ward Collection Is Worth Buying

That’s why this collection is off the charts for me. Everything in it comes at reasonable prices, but looks super high-end, meaning each item could hold its own at their eponymous store — or any of their celebrity projects that tend to go viral (remember Dakota Johnson’s green kitchen or Emma Roberts’ striped fireplace?).

Enough of my gushing — let’s get down to the facts. The collection includes over 100 products and spans the categories of furniture, textiles, wallpaper, lighting, and accessories. There’s something for anyone who appreciates interiors with old-world charm and quirk. The design details are stunning, from perforated doors and turned wood lamp bases to curved arms and inlaid wood surfaces.

Swathed in Pierce & Ward’s characteristic palette of Dijon, blush, deep green, and ivory, the whole range is easy to mix and match. Signature Pierce & Ward patterns are on display, too. You’ll find striped pillows and a striped stool alongside leaf motif curtains and arboreal wallpapers. The tabletop assortment continues the stripe theme, marrying striped napkins (and two other geometric prints) with painterly floral dinnerware.

It’s hard to pick a standout item or category, though. The furniture, of course, is epic; the burl wood vanity is as special as the simple step stool. You won’t find materials like these (burl wood, linen, iron, lacquered wood) in stunning, vintage-inspired silhouettes in many other places.

I’m a sucker for the rugs because they’re handwoven and truly beautiful. They have an Art Deco quality to them, considering the geometry each piece features. Even though they’re striking, you get the sense that they’re also neutral enough to ground a space. The lighting is also gorgeous, especially if you like textured pleats and fabric touches.

Everything in the collection is available to shop today. Prices start at $29 for some of the bed linens and range up to the thousands for the sofas, beds, and larger pieces of furniture.

Pierce & Ward Curved Sofa
$1,699

The fact that this new Pierce & Ward Curved Sofa is stocked in such a gorgeous amber chenille fabric means that you can have what looks like custom furniture in just a few days. The square wood legs add such a nice design detail, while the sink-in cushions ensure it’s a sofa of style and substance.

Pierce & Ward Novelty Burl Side Table
$499

Pierce & Ward’s side table game is strong, if the additions to the West Elm collection are any indicator. The exploded swirl burl on this design makes it stand out against all the other wood tables I’ve seen. And the blocky updated Parsons silhouette? Chef’s kiss!

Pierce & Ward Tossed Clover Wool Rug
$599

As the proud owner of the Deco Rug from the original collection drop, I didn’t think this assortment’s rug selection could get any better. Then I saw the Tossed Cllover Rug, and well, let’s just say I stand corrected. The way it effortlessly mixes whimsical and heritage references makes it the perfect piece for any vintage lover.

Pierce & Ward Fabric Inlay Nightstand
$999

This nightstand is definitely a splurge, but considering the fabric inlay and its size, it’s a special piece. Even just one could work in a smaller bedroom, especially if you put your bed in a corner to save space.

Pierce & Ward Tramp Art Frame
$45

Tramp art lamps have been making the rounds on Instagram and Pinterest, but I haven’t seen many frames, especially not at this price point. One of these frames would be nice on a console in an entry or on a fireplace mantel. The sunburst accents complement the zig-zag trim nicely, making these feel like little art objects unto themselves.

Pierce & Ward Striped Bolster Pillow
$59

I’m a big fan of bolster pillows, and this cream-and-black stripe design doesn’t miss. They’d be great on a pair of armless slipper accent chairs in a living room — or on a bed for a curvy twist on the typically top-of-bed styling.

Pierce & Ward Wild Garden Duvet Cover
$179

Soft cotton and a pretty floral pattern combine to create a duvet cover that looks like a moody English garden. I love the main mustard hue. It’s bright enough for spring but perfect for fall and winter. The shams are sold separately.

Pierce & Ward Bold Striped Hand Towel
$25

Towel design is often overlooked, but when you see one that’s different, that’s when you know you’ve found a gem. Case in point: Pierce & Ward’s bold stripe hand towel. They look like they were sourced at a French flea — not a modern store!

Pierce & Ward Woven Check Bath Mat

Talk about another utilitarian product that Piece & Ward has given a glow-up — have you seen a more hand-crafted-looking, chic bath mat? The woven check feels both nostalgic and modern at the same time.

Pierce & Ward Large Serve Bowl
$70

The new drop includes ceramics, too. Again, the colors, patterns, and textures of these pieces, including the large serve bowl, makes them look like they’re handmade.

Pierce & Ward Counter Stool
$349

Run-of-the-mill bar stools are easy to come by, but this counter seat looks very stylish, thanks to its curved iron legs and rich juniper velvet upholstery. A trio of these would be perfect at a kitchen island.

Pierce & Ward Dot Pillow Cover

The pillows in the Pierce & Ward collection really shine, and it’s all because of the patterns and dimension. I love that this cotton polka-dot case features an embroidered relief design.

Pierce & Ward Marquetry Wood Decorative Box
$149

I found a piece similar to this at a Paris flea market. So you, too, can get a little bit of French mid-century style, all without leaving your sofa. The inlay on this wood box is absolutely stunning.

$149 at West Elm
Pierce & Ward Step Stool
$249

This seems silly, I know, but I’ve never seen a nicer step stool in all my days. Crafted from FSC certified solid wood, this would be a handsome accent anywhere you need a little bit of lift.

Pierce & Ward Printed Napkins, Set of 4

Bring a little Pierce & Ward style to your table with these striped napkins. Available in a set of four, they’d play equally well with white china — or the P&W floral dinnerware.

For the price, you get a lot of style with the Channeled Sofa in juniper velvet. At 90 inches wide and 40 inches deep, It’s a nice, sink-in size. It also comes in a mauvey-brown chenille for $1,499.

Pierce & Ward Cotton Linen Stripe Curtain, 48" x 84"
$129

You can’t go wrong with these gorgeous new linen curtains from the Pierce & Ward assortment. They feature the duo’s favorite motif (stripes) in two different tonal colorways: brown and sand. So you can go dramatic or a little more subtle with your pick — you decide. Either way, both styles have the cutest tie edges at the top. This collection is truly all about the little details.

$129 at West Elm
Pierce & Ward Floral Grid Quilt, Full/Queen
$249

Pierce & Ward had this floral-meets-geometric, mustard-and-olive-green-colored grid pattern in the original West Elm run — only as a throw pillow, table linens, and curtains. Now, this print is also available as a quilt (with matching shams sold separately), which can be layered with the new foliage duvet for the colder months (and used on its own for the warmer months). For a true pattern drench, you can even use this design for your walls, as it’s also available in peel-and-stick wallpaper.
