If you’re obsessed with all things Halloween, then you’ve probably already switched over your seasonal decor and powered through all your favorite Halloween movies — and it’s not even October. But you’ll happily rewatch the closer we get to Halloween night because spooky kid flicks never get old!

To celebrate the release of “Hocus Pocus 2” on September 30, USDish wanted to see which Halloween kids movies are the most-loved in each state across the U.S. After crunching the numbers, USDish found that 12 movies hold America’s heart this time of year — and the “Scooby-Doo” franchise is the best-loved overall. “Scooby-Doo” movies were the most searched in 13 states, according to USDish’s findings, including Minnesota, Nebraska, Ohio, North Carolina, Mississippi, and Alaska. But “Coraline” didn’t stray far behind. It was the most-searched Halloween kids’ movie in 11 states, including California, Illinois, Washington, and New York.

“Hocus Pocus” is the favorite in Massachusetts (most likely because it’s set in Salem), and similarly, Oregonians are the only ones in the country loyal to “Halloweentown,” but that may be because it was filmed in St. Helens.

North Dakota and Wyoming aren’t like other states — North Dakota is the only state to rep “Gremlins” as its favorite flick, whereas Wyoming is the only state partial to “Hotel Transylvania.”

And kids and kids at heart in New Mexico and Texas are in love with “Coco” this time of year whereas “E.T.” reigns supreme in Hawaii, Maine, and Florida.
