Rachel and friends have worked for weeks to pull this backyard space together, not cutting any corners, and doing it all DIY-style. The made a fire pit, built tables and bench, poured concrete slabs, and hung a hammock. It’s pretty impressive what they’ve been able to pull off. Her backyard is now ready for friends and family to enjoy together!

The project took a little longer than anticipated, with a few curveballs thrown in the midst of things. But it’s finally done, and everything turned out even better than I imagined.
It’s a bit surreal to walk out each morning to my living room and see the view through the windows. And I am really enjoying the several new options of where I can study and read from, or simply drink my morning coffee/tea and listen to music from.
