Reese Witherspoon Fans Are in Love with the Massive Item on Her Kitchen Island
It’s always fun when celebrities share little peeks into their homes. So when Reese Witherspoon posted about her go-to post-travel smoothie recipe in a recent Instagram video, she also shared a snippet of what’s on her kitchen island. (She truly has the best ideas when it comes to drinkware.) Spoiler: It’s a deceptively large fruit bowl, and if you have the space you’ll want to steal the look because it’s gorgeous.
“My must-have when I’ve been traveling, eating pizza, pasta, and gelato for seven days,” Witherspoon wrote over her video, adding in the caption, “It’s all about balance, right?” She shared clips of herself making a green juice with banana, spinach, apple, and banana.
“Where is your fruit bowl from? Adorable!” one person commented on Witherspoon’s post. The bowl in question appears to be made of wood slats and is in a classic pedestal shape.

Although I couldn’t find the exact match to Witherspoon’s bowl, I did find one that looks pretty similar and is large enough to fill up with copious amounts of lemons, limes, and bananas, so you can always have ingredients for green juice on hand.
This fruit basket is handwoven rattan that is ethically crafted in North India. It measures just over 15 inches across, and the open weave allows your fruit to breathe and stay fresh for longer.
If you’re looking for a more affordable yet similar option, this piece from The Citizenry is a close fruit basket. It comes in either medium or large, and while it’s not as tall as Witherspoon’s basket it definitely makes a statement with its design, which is made out of wooden palm trees.
The only thing about large fruit bowls and baskets like this is that you need the counter space for them! They could also look cute when used as a centerpiece on your kitchen table.
They’re maybe not ideal for smaller spaces, but if you have the room then these fruit bowls will definitely make a statement (and inspire you to eat more fruit!).
