Tell us a little (or a lot) about your home and the people who live there. It’s a located in Queens in a pre-war building. There are large trees outside my windows and it gets the greatest midday light. I work in Midtown and it’s a convenient ride to the office. I recently splurged on a Hay desk and it makes my WFH days much more enjoyable than working from my dining room table.
I’m a California transplant living in NYC. The neutral palette reflects my desire to live near the beach, even here in New York. I love to plan a few international trips per year and have small pieces collected from across the world. Most of my displayed art is photography or homemade — art is pricey and on a limited budget it’s fun to create.
What’s the last thing you bought (or found!) for your home? A beautiful Room and Board coffee table from AptDeco.
What is your favorite room and why? The living room and kitchen are where I spend the most time. I spent a lot of time repainting the kitchen when I first arrived, so I’m partial to that space.
Describe your home’s style in 5 words or fewer: Soothing neutrals, earthy, bohemian.
Any advice for creating a home you love? Find some great inspiration and collect as you go.
