I write about house tours (but I love a good kitchen and kids' room article). My work can be found across AT Media, including The Kitchn and Cubby. I’ve been writing about home-related topics for nearly five years and love seeing how people make their homes unique.

One thing about me is that there’s a high chance I’m either thinking about my bed or counting down the minutes until I get to plunge headfirst into my bed. It’s my cocoon, and my safe space. So when the opportunity arose to test Rest & Reset’s Serene Sheet set, I immediately jumped at the chance. (I was sold by the name alone.)

Another thing about me is that I can be frugal and am often looking for bigger, better deals. But when it comes to linens, I believe they’re worth a splurge — especially this set from Rest & Reset. They are literally as soft as butter, and look sophisticated with their minimalist detailing.

What Is Rest & Reset’s Serene Sheet Set?

Rest & Reset couldn’t have picked a better descriptor for these linens. Serene is absolutely the word I’d use to describe the set, which comes with one fitted sheet (17 inches deep), one flat sheet, and two standard pillowcases. (If you opt for the twin or twin XL, it only comes with one pillowcase.) The sheets are woven in Portugal and made from 100% cotton. The soft sateen feels so smooth, almost milky, and high-quality. Plus, the brand claims the sheets will only get softer over time.

Why I Love Rest & Reset’s Serene Sheet Set

To me the most important features are quality and softness, and Rest & Reset’s Serene sheets check both boxes. But one subtle-yet-standout bonus is the elegant stitch detailing, which is available in Coast, Flax, Sage, and Slate colors. For me, I have been on a mission to add as much blue to my room as possible. (Currently, I have a blue silk comforter, blue pillows, blue walls, and blue outlets.) But the sheets gave me a way to break up that drenching while still having a pop of color (I chose “Coast,” aka blue).

I’m not alone in my appreciation for these sheets, either. Take it from Jacob, a shopper who left a review on Rest & Reset’s website: “I love these sheets and decided to buy a 2nd, backup pair.” Karen M., another Rest & Reset shopper, added, “We were very impressed with the quality of the sheets. They are silky soft. I just ordered the matching King Duvet Set. Feels like we are sleeping in a 5-star hotel but in the comfort of our home.”

Rest & Reset’s Serene Sheet set is worth the indulgence ($259 for a full-size set). Think of it as a form of self-care that’ll only get better with time. I’m not going to lie — as I’m sitting here writing this from my desk, I’m wishing I could be snuggled up in my sheets.
