Rifle Paper Co. and Loloi’s Latest Collaboration Is Basically Spring in Pretty Floral Rug Form
Take a moment to daydream about spring (we’re almost there!) — fresh florals, soft hues, and sunny dispositions are probably top of mind, among other things. Now imagine all that — but in rug form. That’s effectively what you get with Rifle Paper Co.’s latest home decor launch in partnership with Loloi Rugs. Featuring 30+ new designs, the just-in-time-for-spring collection feels like, well, spring personified.
This rug line reimagines a handful of signature Rifle Paper Co. colors and motifs while also introducing plenty of pretty, muted newcomers. In fact, I especially love these additions because they’re big on whimsy, flower power, and even cute little fruit patterns (all to be expected from the brand), but with color palettes so subdued you could arguably categorize a majority of them as neutrals. That means total post-spring staying power, should you decide to style one of these nature-inspired accents in your living room, bedroom, or even kitchen.
Speaking of the latter, this new release also features Rifle Paper Co.’s first non-slip rug options, ideal for particularly high-traffic home spots, thanks to built-in, skid-resistant backing. In addition to these offerings, you’ll also find power-loomed and wool-hooked options made in Turkey and India, respectively, as well.
Each new design takes inspiration from co-founder Anna Bond’s recognizable hand-painted illustrations. To further commemorate the Rifle Paper Co. x Lolei collab, Bond shared some of her own decorating words of wisdom via press release: “Don’t be afraid to add a little color to your home!” (You don’t have to tell us twice.)
Prices for the new rugs start at $90, ranging from 2′ × 5′ to 3′ round to 9’6″ × 13′ sizes. Even the larger styles feel fairly well-priced — by rug standards, at least — especially given the quality and intricacy of the designs. Of course, I had to pinpoint some of my favorites below:
