Tell us a little (or a lot) about your home and the people who live there: I live in a 1922 bungalow with my husband, Sean, and our Chihuahua, Bruce. We have lived here for five years and don’t plan on moving as we love living small and are in an excellent neighborhood.

My husband and I make a great team, I design and he builds. I’m really proud of the home we’ve created together.

What is your favorite room and why? My living room because it has excellent natural lighting and high ceilings.

What’s the last thing you bought (or found!) for your home? I found a super rad and vintage-like cube side table.

Any advice for creating a home you love? Stay away from trends and take plenty of time to evaluate/develop your personal style before you start purchasing. Once you know what you like run towards that and have patience because home takes time and money.
