Original refinished hardwood floors, preserved floor and ceiling moldings, and an intimate decorative fireplace adorn the living room, open to the dining room and remodeled kitchen. Newly installed HVAC cools the living spaces, during warm summers, and heats them, during chill winters.

Newly remodeled kitchen has cottage-style and shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, subway tile backsplash, and recessed lighting. New plumbing and new electrical panel and connections to kitchen and bathrooms bring longetivity to the life of the home.
