My Knobs: A huge, almost overwhelming, selection of cabinet hardware at very reasonable prices.

Overstock: It may not be the first place you’d think of to buy hardware, but Overstock has quite the selection, much of which is sold in bulk (sets of 10 or 25) for additional savings.
McMaster-Carr: The website is definitely a little bare bones, but if you can get past that, the prices are very friendly. They have a particularly good selection of recessed pulls.
D. Lawless Hardware: A huge selection of pulls and especially knobs. Some are more attractive than others, but all quite reasonably priced.
