The large home might be over 100 years old, but the husband-and-wife team did a beautiful job with the restoration, adding bold personality to the rooms but also respecting the home’s history.

“We’re a family of nine, and our three youngest sons — Five (18), Holleder (18), and Major (14) — are currently living with us,” they explain. “Our adult children come and go, often staying in our garden-floor apartment, which adds a casual and enjoyable vibe to our home. Winter, our 4-year-old Australian Shepherd, provides the perfect touch of warmth and coziness that everyone appreciates.”

Their home has been decorated for the holidays, and is looking quite festive with items from their 2023 Holiday Collection. “From the chic stockings to the reversible Naughty and Nice pillow and the adorable Advent Calendar Pillow featuring our family dog, Winter, our unique style shines through in every corner. Completing the festive ensemble is our pink Christmas tree, making our home a cozy haven filled with the charm and magic of the season.” 

• Landmark Preservation wanted the house brought back to its original color, soft ochre. We were able to install more windows to bring in the light.
