Whether you know them better from Full House or their fashion labels, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have been trendsetters since childhood. The twin sisters have shared a lot over the years, including a TV role, a media empire, and even this West Village penthouse.

According to Curbed, the Olsens bought the property, located at One Morton Square, when the building was under construction in 2009 for $7.2 million and then sold it shortly after in 2010 for $7.7 million (clearly a smart investment on their part, whether or not they actually lived there at all).

The unit is now back on the market seven years later for a cool $25 million. The 5,725 square foot place has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and one half bath. The elevator opens into a gallery space which leads to the huge living area, featuring a wood burning fireplace with a mantel imported from France. Separating the living room from the kitchen, there’s a massive sculptural wine fridge that looks more like an art installation than a functional appliance, yet it holds—and displays—1,000 bottles.

The master suite has a closet that’s fitting for a fashion mogul, as the “enormous and beautifully outfitted dressing room that will be the envy of all your friends,” at least according to the listing. The master bath is equally grand, covered in marble with a clawfoot tub and a spacious shower opposite a… mirrored wall (shower selfies?).

If that doesn’t impress you, how about those “sweeping water and sunset views in addition to magical midtown skyline vistas”? The building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, professional concierge, a state-of-the-art fitness center, children’s playroom, and an on-site-attended parking garage.

The property is listed with Douglas Elliman for $25 million.
