We were here for the real estate porn of HBO’s star-studded limited series Big Little Lies just as much as the storyline. We bid farewell to the characters’ stunning mansions during the finale that aired on Sunday, but one property from the show can be yours—and could actually be within the price range of mere mortals. [This post contains spoilers for episode six.]

It may not be Renata’s minimalist manse, but when Celeste, played by Nicole Kidman, finally decides to leave her volatile husband Perry (Alexander Skarsgård), she moves into a condo in this charming, weathered seaside complex. While the space is more modest than she’s used to, the place is an escape for her and her twin sons.

Ocean Harbor House is a real development in Monterey, and Unit #343 is currently for sale for $439,000. The 543 square foot, one bedroom, one bath home has a balcony like Celeste’s unit, though unfortunately, not the same sweeping views of the Pacific. You can, however, “hear the waves crashing and feel the ocean breezes” with “peeks of the Monterey Bay and city lights.”

Since it’s “steps from the sand and sea,” the complex is a popular vacation spot. The building was built in 1968 with 88 units, and expanded in 1974, the show’s location manager Gregory Alpert told Real Simple. It also has an on site fitness center, a hot tub, and inground pool.

Alpert adds: “Unlike the other homes and characters in the show, where the sea is a mystery with danger lurking behind each crashing wave,” for Celeste, “it represents freedom.” We wouldn’t mind escaping here.
