Name: Tina Scherzinger
Location: San Diego, California

I bought my 1920s spanish craftsman bungalow (1100 sq ft) last year and then spent six months renovating it completely and even changing the floorplan from a three (small) bedroom, one bath home into a spacious two bedroom, two bath home. I transformed the dirt front lawn and backyard into a beautiful succulent and desert garden.

What I love about my home is that I designed every detail of it myself: the kitchen, bathrooms, layout, decor and landscaping. My favorite room is the living room with classic craftsman window trims and rounded archways, and the bright natural light. I also love the black, white and gray tile and accent colors that flows throughout the home.

My style is modern mid-century with a little retro and tranquility.

I absolutely love living in San Diego. What I love most are the chill people, the year-round sunshine, the beautiful coastline and endless beaches, the quirky neighborhoods, the hip bars and places to eat, the old craftsman homes and the succulent landscaping.

Thanks, Tina!
