He may be number 12, but Tom Brady’s Chestnut Hill home is listed at more than three (million) times that. The sprawling five-bed, five-and-a-half bath estate the beloved New England Patriots quarterback shares with his wife, supermodel/entrepreneur Gisele Bundchen, is officially on the market for $39.5 million, realtor.com reports.

Set on nearly five-and-a-half acres next to the 9th hole of the uber-ritzy Country Club of Brookline, the custom-built home is described as a “one of a kind masterpiece.” Measuring a whopping 9,712 square feet, the property was built in 2015, and features “views of plush landscaping that offer privacy and serenity.” We can also feel Gisele’s zen vibes coming through now!

A welcoming entry foyer leads into a spacious dining room and living room, ideal for entertaining guests. A chef’s kitchen offers a large central island equipped with bar seating, as well as a casual dining area for the whole family. (Perfect for fueling up on organic food- just don’t include any nightshades, right Tom?) There’s also a large, cozy family room with plenty of oversized windows, or “generous fenestration” as the listing calls it. A home office provides plenty of spots to get work done. The grand stairwell leads up to the five bedrooms on the second floor, though if you’re hoping to score a look at where the G.O.A.T. rests his head, you’re out of luck- there’s no bedroom photos included in the listing.

Downstairs, a lower level has every amenity you could desire, ranging from a recreation room and kids playroom to a wine room, gym, and spa. A detached 2,400-square-foot guest house is a comfortable, barn-inspired oasis, equipped with a yoga studio, sleeping loft, walls that open up to provide that full “Zen-like” experience. Outside, there’s a three-car garage, as well as a stoned carport and a 20-vehicle circular driveway. In addition to the rolling lawns and lush landscaping, there’s an organic herb and vegetable garden, where we’re guessing Gisele did some planting.

Tom and Gisele are no strangers to running their own real estate empire. They previously owned a sprawling spread in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood, but de-camped for their custom-built lair in the suburbs. Then, of course, there was the Los Angeles home they never even moved into, selling it to Dr. Dre, who quickly offloaded it himself. They also own a $25 million spread in Manhattan’s Tribeca neighborhood, and rumors have been circulating that they’re perusing houses in ritzy suburbs like Greenwich, Connecticut and Alpine, New Jersey.
