Trader Joe’s $4 Limited-Edition $4 Mini Insulated Totes Are Flying Off Shelves (And They’re Perfect for Summer)
They’re finally here! After the frenzied craze of the mini canvas totes at Trader Joe’s, the popular grocery chain has released a new line — this time with an insulated variety. Trader Joe’s has made a smaller version of its iconic insulated tote bags and is now selling them for $3.99 each.
Officially on shelves starting on Tuesday, June 4, Trader Joe’s will be putting out mini insulated totes, which are significantly smaller than its insulated bag. While we are still unsure of the exact colors that will be available to purchase, an Instagram post from @trader_joes_treasure_hunt shows a mini pink and a mini blue insulated tote on the shelf. Will they also be available in that gorgeous limited-time yellow and periwinkle purple? We’ll just have to wait and see.
What’s more, it seems Trader Joe’s will also be setting a purchase limit of two totes per shopper. The massive popularity of the mini canvas totes had shoppers buying them by the dozens, so this time around the retailer wants to ensure that more shoppers will be able to get their hands on these bags. Needless to say, Trader Joe’s regulars are thrilled with this response.
“Yeah limits!” writes one shopper. “That is so smart,” writes another, who then explains their experience with watching Trader Joe’s customers buying 50 mini canvas tote bags at a time, potentially in an effort to resell them at a higher price.
