Dining room detail. My mom’s old kitchen cabinet and vintage packaging.

Tell us a little (or a lot) about your home and the people who live there: I moved to this little house last year. One family owned it since 1921: I actually found the house at an estate sale! It’s a perfect fit for me and my furry family.

The study/guest room. This tree holds all my other ornaments, including those I’ve bought for myself.

What is your favorite room and why? I’m obsessed with my living room. It’s bright and airy and cozy. It’s super colorful but still calming.

Into the dining room. The silver tree is also all vintage ornaments. I’ve collected them for many years!

What’s the last thing you bought (or found!) for your home? I found a teeny bench at an estate sale. It’s perfect for all the extra plants inside for the winter.

Most important to me are family ones like the clothespin soldiers my mom made in 1976 and the doves she made for my second grade class.

Any advice for creating a home you love? I’ve always collected what I love and then I make it work. I’m not afraid to rearrange and repurpose until something I love makes sense. The move to this house was about downsizing to just what I needed.
