My home was featured on Apartment Therapy six years ago and a lot of new things happened since then in our home and garden. We went crazy in the hallway and painted it all black! I just think hallways are always neglected by people and that’s a big mistake. A pop of color can go a long way. Why not to decorate it like you would do in your living room?

My husband’s office is not his anymore. I took it over. I opened my new business and needed a space to work and kitchen table wasn’t enough anymore. I used built-in bookshelves and loads of pops of color to breathe some life into the space. Behind my desk is 3D wallpaper from Koziel that look like real wall paneling. I love because it’s so quirky. Together with Eddie’s head (rhino’s faux taxidermy head) it’s my favorite part of the room.

We also did a little makeover in the blue bedroom. I got tired of blues and wanted something elegant and cozy… Something that our guests could really relax in. I bought a few mini picture frames from IKEA and filled them with paint samples to create cheap and cheerful decoration. In the near future I want to upholster the bed and get oversized yellow art because I feel that this space is still missing my personal touch.
