Rococ-oh my god.

Once in a while, a home listing goes viral on Twitter and we know we’re in for a treat. And that’s just what we found in this lovely four-bed, two-bath ranch-style home in Buda, a commuter city south of Austin, Texas. Located in the Leisurewoods neighborhood, the home, which was built in 1985 but could also be a time capsule from 1730s France, looks quite normal from the exterior. But step inside, and you’re in for design delight fit for Louis XV himself.

Measuring 3,091 square feet, this home welcomes guests with a pink foyer adorned with floral art, decorative vases and one very special ceramic rabbit candle holder. A spacious living room embraces the same theatricality of Rococo in 18th century France, as does the dining room, where ruffles and florals fill almost every nook and cranny. It’s perfect for gathering with family, or the cast of “Dangerous Liaisons,” who definitely has to be around here somewhere.

But the real crown jewel of this property is the kitchen, where almost every cabinet and counter space is adorned with intricate artistry, depicting everything from floral scenes to elaborate flamingo designs. The kitchen features a roomy dining nook, where there’s a 90 percent chance Hansel and Gretel have eaten a cookie or two before being pushed in the oven. Toto, we’re not in Texas anymore.

In the spacious backyard, a huge swimming pool provides the perfect spot to catch some Texas summer sun amidst the large lot, filled with mature trees. But possibly our favorite bit from the realtor’s description is on the other side of the house. “Historic Texans burial plot in the front yard” is such a plot twist. Who is buried there? What is their story? Do they come out at night?

Minimalism be damned. For $435,000, all this can be yours… including the furniture, which according the listing on Realtor.com, “is negotiable.”
