We regularly share clever hacks and methods to make do with less. All that is well and good, but I keep returning to this one basic, everyday way to save hundreds — if not thousands — of dollars in the kitchen. And it’s so very simple.

This Weekend’s Assignment: Take care of what you already have in your kitchen: clean, maintain and fix your cooking supplies so they last longer, look better and function smoother.
