Thrill seekers, this one’s for you. The Aura Skypool in the UAE is the tallest 360-degree infinity pool in the world, sitting 210 meters (about 689 feet) above ground. It’s installed on the 50th floor of the Palm Tower skyscraper in Dubai and visitors can swim around the entire rooftop while soaking in the city skyline views.

Aura Skypool was designed and built by Kokaistudios in 2021, and was designed to feel like an “island in the sky.” The interior of the lounge features a rock formation-inspired sculptural centerpiece wall, a reclaimed wood bar, and plants and lounge chairs galore.

When guests head outside to the pool, their bare feet are greeted by specialized concrete floor tiles that feel like you’re walking on sand. Ceiling drapes and curtains are reminiscent of tropical cabanas.

On the 49th floor, guests have access to changing rooms and a retail area. The entire floor is designed to feel like an underwater cave that can be accessed under the infinity pool.

If you’d like to visit Aura Skypool, you can book a morning, afternoon, or full day reservation. Half day reservations start at AED 200 ($54.54), with a full day package costing AED 425 ($115.71). While there, you’ll have access to the pool, chaise lounges, and the food and drink menu.

Aura Skypool also hosts events and can also be rented out for private functions. Visitors can also book a lounge experience that gives you access to the indoor lounge area, food and beverages, and a weekend DJ set without having to get your feet wet.

Muster up the courage to take a dip in the tallest 360-degree infinity pool and make sure to take plenty of pics to prove you did it.
