If on the off chance you have $250,000,000 in your back pocket and are looking to purchase a record-breaking apartment in New York City’s Billionaire Row, then you’re in luck. The penthouse triplex, which spans floors 129 and 131, in NYC’s Central Park Tower is about to hit the market.

The penthouse apartment is officially the tallest apartment in the world, sitting atop the tallest residential building in the world which stands at 1,550 feet tall (the Empire State Building is 1,454 feet tall for reference). The penthouse space boasts 17,545 square feet of interior space with another 1,433 square feet of outdoor terrace space.

The to-be residents will also have a 360-degree view of New York City and the entire apartment is basically a four-story mansion in the clouds. It includes seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, three powder rooms, two kitchens, and multiple living and entertainment spaces, — all are connected by a grand staircase with a panoramic view of the city.

Living in Central Park Tower will also give residents access to Central Park Club, an exclusive offering of hotel-style services and amenities spanning three floors of the building. Residents have access to a 60-foot outdoor swimming pool, a cabana deck, private park, fitness center, wellness center, private theater, and multiple resident-only lounges.

And the Central Park Club also includes access to the highest Grand Ballroom and private restaurant ever built in New York City.

If you’re interested in checking out the tallest penthouse and the tallest residence in the world, you can learn more over on the building’s website. Just make sure that you double check your tolerance for height before you head over there.
